Shipping policy
Skeyo fulfills every order ourselves, from Colorado, with the same care that went into building it.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states + DC): Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate based on order weight, shown at checkout.
- Alaska and Hawaii: Standard rates based on order weight, shown at checkout. The free shipping offer does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.
- U.S. territories and international: Not available at this time.
Carriers & Delivery
We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, selected per order. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Your tracking link has the most accurate delivery estimate. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address
A physical street address is required; we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please double-check your address at checkout. Skeyo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Package Protection
SavedBy Package Protection is offered at checkout and covers shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Claims on protected orders are filed through SavedBy.
Orders without SavedBy Package Protection: By completing checkout without SavedBy Package Protection, the customer accepts responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages. Skeyo is not liable for shipping-related issues on unprotected orders. Customers may be able to file a claim directly with the carrier using their tracking number.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship on or around the estimated ship date shown on the product page. See our Cancellation Policy for pre-order terms.
